phpldap pod does not work in our environment

Hi,
phpldapadmin pod does not work in our environment. I think the main reason may be, that in our environment, due to security & compliance restrictions, pods managed by Open Shift clusters, run as nonRoot and assigned a user-id accordingly. But phpLdapAdmin seems to expect to run as root (pls see the logs of the pod in the attachment)

Could you pls help for that?

Infra Architecture Kubernetes cluster, running on Open Shift, built in Microsoft Azure.

App Architecture A stateful set with one replica, a cluster IP type service, configMap for environment variables, openshift route to expose and other necessary resources for authentication & authorization.
