Add more guidance to KCard docs

• clarify what a11y features are provided out of the box by KCard, and what needs to still be implemented by consumers
• add guidance regarding content provided to slots - consumers need to ensure it fits available space
• resolve Add new design pattern documentation page for cards #264
• overriding height via dynamic style or adding a class
