Xiaomi zigbee wall plug

Hi - apologies if this is obvious but I am having an issue getting the "Load Power" from my Zigbee wall plug. The load power doesnt appear to update. When first starting it is zero, and when I turn on the lamp on it updates to show the wattage as 22w but then doesnt update again - i.e when I turn appliance off the load stays at 22w.

Apologies if I am missing something simple but any help would be appreciated
