That's weird. Laravel Idea only adds its own completions. Nothing else. So, it shouldn't break other completions render... And users never complained about it. Are you sure that it's only because of the Laravel idea plugin?

Yes, that is completely strange.
Had all custom plugins disabled but idea enabled. It works. Conversely, I had enabled all custom plugins again but disabled the idea plugin. It works.

All plugins together, then it looks partly like in my first screenshot.

Before I had completely removed PHPStorm and Toolbox and and and.

Then I guess I have to live with it ...maybe there will be a solution ...someday

We have some of this code. So, it probably some issues with your code, so main menu > File > Invalidate Caches might help
