Fill properly `keys` field when generating execution witness

We currently fill it with the added storage of the accounts and it should be filled with ALL touched slots, not only with added ones. This makes the `keys` field lack some values in the `RPC Execution Witness`. It doesn't break ethrex-replay because replay only cares (at most) about the addresses in the `keys` field, not the slots.
