Maintain messages_by_nonce cache #5781
Description
Currently we are storing our outgoing messages (here and here) in a messages_by_nonce cache to be able to match them when receiving a WhoAreYou request.
If we don't receive the request the item stays in the cache forever. We have to implement a mechanism to clean expired items in the cache.
