Migrate from 0.4 to 0.5?

I was trying to upgrade from version 0.4.x to the newer 0.5.x. However, I couldn't find some essential functionalities like dynamic hyperparameters, checkpoints and model saver in the new documentation. Is there any documentation or guide on how to migrate to 0.5.x?
