const color → problem Implementation with quickchart.io?

Hello everyone,
I've been trying for hours to use colours like

const colors = {
  a: ‘red’,
  b: ‘green’,
  c: ‘blue’,
  d: ‘gray'
};

or

  a: ‘#00FF00’,
  b: ‘#FF0000’,
  c: ‘#00FFFF’,
  d: ‘#FFFF00'
};

I need to use quickchart.io to produce PNGs via URL.
Quickchart.io links to your doc but I wonder if they have any implementation problems.
I've tried different formats, with no result...
