Any idea when can we expect a new update? |
Check OpenResty website as we don't publish that info.

The project does not use Nginx directly. The project using OpenResty and
hence the Nginx that is bundles with OpenResty. We build from src so the
patcehs are backported. When OpenResty bumps its Nginx, then users see the
newer Nginx.
Any idea when can we expect a new update?

We made a release last week so its hard to tell at this stage about timeline for next release. But please feel free to ping on the ingress-nginx dev channel in slack, sometime end of next week because the complications are too many and the resources are very little |
Hello,
The current Nginx Ingress Helm chart has Nginx version 1.25.0 which is EOL. Is there a good reason to use it or am I missing something. Can i just use a more modern version of nginx like 1.27 which is latest now.
From our Datadog, we see the nginx version
