Feature: add a checkbox "can be recorded" to the "add lecture" form

It could be useful to add a checkbox to the "add lecture" form stating whether the lecture can be recorded and published.

Context information (in my proposal: a question mark to the left/right) with an explanation and encouragement to agree may help influence the lecturers. It may be worth considering to have the checkbox selected by default.

Yet, it comes to my mind, that asking persons directly via an email might result in a higher rate of acceptance than via a soulless checkbox.
