Rewrite travis script to watch output rather than "sleep 30" #13

Travis script should act more like the init.d script to determine when solr has started using console output rather than a wild guess of "sleep 30".

Or shouldn't we be able to just check the return code from etc/init.d/solr? That waits for solr to startup successfully (or not).
