CR Samples may be useful for demonstrating CR configurations

At this time generating a tackle CR is pretty standard.

However, as we add CRs and depending on the complexity or number of extensions that comes to exist it may be helpful to provide samples.

The way to do this is documented here:

And should look something like this:

This issue is currently awaiting triage.
If contributors determine this is a relevant issue, they will accept it by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.
