The current description of options is not good, sometimes even useless like with Kokkos_ARCH_VOLTA70 being described as "Optimize for VOLTA70 architecture".

We need make more efforts to refer the model or code name that is typically used by the vendor and we need to say somewhere something about "compute capability".
