          Can we test against the `hpx` package in Fedora as well?

Install hpx-devel package in fedora container and test with HPX backend enabled.

Requires #38.

Potential follow-up: remove standalone continuous-integration-workflow-hpx.yml and use the main workflow (continuous-integration-workflow.yml) to test HPX in Kokkos Core.
