Let's test car05 and drc-polls from https://github.com/kobotoolbox/kobomaps-orig/tree/peacebuildingdata/maps/ in master. This will need some changes in the template to fit with the new template/js files.

For drc-polls we can just use the static CSV that's pulled by the different PHP files:
drc-polls.zip
