First issue 🎊

With kobotoolbox/kpi#3972 we introduce hex colours into the JavaScript directly which isn't ideal. Since currently there is no way to access https://github.com/kobotoolbox/kpi/blob/master/jsapp/scss/_colors.scss from the JavaScript this is a temporary workaround.

Ideally we would have a .json file that both SCSS and JavaScript reads from, but maybe separate .scss and .json files for the respective uses is a good enough solution.
