Update tree shearing param name in the fig 2c notebook #20
Description
It offhandedly mentions the tree shearing parameter as --p-shear-tree, although it is currently (in the most recent version of EMPress) named --p-shear-to-table.
Not a big deal or anything but I should do this sometime
