"Item list out of range" error when downloading from spotify playlist

when Your ARL cookie is expired (it happens very often) and You try to download from spotify playlist an error will appear
if You try to download from deezer the error says that You must update Your ARL cookie, but in case of spotify this is not handled

@kmille is it a bad idea to include work of https://github.com/athphane/deezer-arl-api to get ARL cookie automatically when it expires, so You don't have to update manually every time?
