Feature requests... For latest and h18 builds

Have Hangouts present itself as a dialer so I can set it as default dialer 

Have it use gv for sms when using handsfree commands from assistant instead of using the phones sms and errin with " Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active."

Have it hide the phones Sim number from it's from options when in some cases using fi data only Sim
