Widevine is just a digital rights management system which supposedly gets the streams from the sever decrypting them in transit to you from there severs, you can install this manually I think but It seems to be very scares, but you can find it in folder directory.
I read that the new iPad is using a more recent version of safari that supports more desktop features such as Widevine 1, allowing video playback from streaming sites but not even chrome works for playback on Netflix on my device, but it is a android version.
My specs: Xiaomi mi 5 running android 13 latest.
Many thanks.
