restore_cfg always showing -1

I set the restore_cfg to anything but -1 in comfyui. In console it always shows as -1. Dont know whether console is showing tag for another variable with the same name on setting in comfyui doesnt actually change the restore_cfg setting.

The dpmpp samplers don't actually use it at all, that's how it was in the original code too. At one point I tried to implement it for them, but didn't get anything useful out of it.
