Scanning Aztec Code from car registration Certificate does not return any value.

Im facing a problem where scanner is not able to return to return text value from a more complicated aztec code which is a car registrationcertificate Aztec Code. It recognizes it az an aztec code and tries to scan it but as a result it returns a isValid =. false and text = null.
