Github actions closing all bugs without any resolution

What is the point of having a bug tracker if you close them all without fixing but notably without even responding? If you are not going to track issues, please stop wasting everyone's time and remove the issue tracker altogether.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Submit an issue at https://github.com/keybase/client/issues
2. Issue is closed by github actions without resolution of any kind.

Expected behavior

The issue remains active until a solution is found or a logical explanation is provided for why it is not an issue (e.g. duplicate, feature/not planned, etc)
