In the sites data, the following site/year/transects are missing temperature data

2014
Baker North: All transects
Baker South: All transects
NW Appledore: Magic 8 ball

2015
NE Appledore: Norwegian Cove
SW Appledore: South Smith's Cove

2016
Baker North: Transect 3
Baker South: Transect 4

2017
Little Brewster: Transect 3 (also missing end longitude)

2018
Baker North: Transects 2 & 4 (These are also missing depths and visibility)
