Converting CRL to json

Hi - thanks for the parser suggestion. It looks like this may be possible as there is CRL support in the asn1crypto library we use to decode certificates and certificate requests.

I have added an x509-crl parser in the dev branch. You can test by copying the following file to your plugin directory:

• Linux/unix: $HOME/.local/share/jc/jcparsers
• macOS: $HOME/Library/Application Support/jc/jcparsers
• Windows: $LOCALAPPDATA\jc\jc\jcparsers

Please test with some CRL files and let me know how it goes.
