Add Single Ingestion Chart

Single Ingestion Chart is a chart explaining the flow of the single ingestion, this should present multiple stages of ingestion like Onset, Comeup, Peak, Comedown and Aftereffects for a given substance. The whole chart should be smoothed as it's not possible to perfectly calculate peaks and transitions between stage.

• The chart should contain bands as each stage information is not a plain value of time, it's a range of time ex. 30m-1h where we do not know exact amount.
• Chart should contain information about effects that may occur on the specific timeframes, these effects can be added to the chart but not necessary as for current state of application there is barely any data for such.
• Chart should definitely show like "now" marker showing user in which stage of ingestion he actually is.
