Add feature to "plan" ingestion for short analyse what can happen after ingestion

This is actually quite complex feature, as we do not actually have information about effects that would be pretty useful I think - however it's able to be done, before committing to this issue we should take attention to following tasks:

• Do planned ingestion will interact with other substances in our organism?
• How long ingestion will last? Effects? Aftereffects? Detectable time?
• Which effects (and when) can occur by such ingestion?

I've been thinking for such feature for a while and I think the best possible way will be to deliver array with several informations, like example bellow (moderate dosage of Amphetamine around 14:00 with previous amphetamine ingestion at some time, so it's currently in offset).

• moderate dosage of Amphetamine may lead to unpleasant side-effects such as [EffectOccurance.effect]
• moderate dosage of Amphetamine may cause following effects: [EffectOccurance.effect]
• Amphetamine was already ingested 3h ago which ingestion in currently in offset stage, your thought of redose is leaden by Compulsive Redosing effect.
• Insufflated Amphetamine affects duration of substance.
• Positive effects of this ingestion will last for 6h with 4h of aftereffects after.
• It's 14:00, substances from Stimulant psychoactive class can have impact on your sleep pattern, this ingestion may not allow you to sleep for at least 0:00
• Information contained in your journal could not find any interactions with other drugs, however this doesn't mean there will be no interactions if you didn't noted them in your journal.

Basically it's just for the ingestion, there will be also harm-reduction practices that can apply to specific substance, like right supplementation, safe ingestion practices etc.
