Install and initialize:

Clone this repository: https://github.com/katmaldon/ChangeAgents-Frontend and https://github.com/katmaldon/ChangeAgents-API
cd into /ChangeAgents-API
Run bundle install in your terminal
Run rake db:seed to add seed data
cd into /ChangeAgents-Frontend
run open index.html
