Here's a serious problem that these tools don't address.
There's a big problem with using this kind of tool: It doesn't consider the context of the solution. In fact, no regulations will consider this.
For example: For financial industry solutions like banks that want to serve blind people, in addition to the rules and applications that automate them, it is necessary to understand how they relate to cash and cards. None of these tools will consider these issues and will apply the same regardless of the specifics.

Adds signature but does not address the content suggestions. If a more direct suggestion "This should be changed to say this" were made I could make that change too. Will leave that issue open.
Hey there, I created a PR to add your name. If you find a direct way of integrating your comments into the wording in the doc I'll PR that change.
I would suggest though re-reviewing the doc first as this git issue was filed a long while ago, and the doc may have been updated addressing the concerns you listed.
