"Updated" date needs to be at top of page

After updating the table, please add the date of the update to the line at the top of the page.
For example, if the table is updated in Jan 2017, the line would read:

By karlgroves Published November 15, 2011 Updated January, 2017

That way, people will keep reading, and not just assume that the information on the page is too old.
