Issue with playlist order editing

When I try to edit the order of the playlist, as such by dragging certain song to another position, not only will it not move to that pisition, but slowly move upwards, pushing other songs down.

Also, playlist shouldn't be saving itself; but every time it does this it automatically saves by itself. I have to use the file manager to edit the playlist manually with text editor to change the order now.
