UI: Number-of-turns indicator for movement hidden by terrain and mechs #10

#186 mitigates this a good bit; you know at what point you end up spending a full move. A further improvement would also be to show half-moves, where you can do a move-attack at the half-way point of a full move, but the game rules are inconsistent here (doing a move less than half then doing an attack consumes both moves in your turn, but you can do a move-attack if you do that in a single clicking). |

When doing movement, the number of turns of movement gets hidden by terrain and mechs, as seen above. This makes it hard to judge if I can move-then-charge, for example.
