"Animate out" and "Animate Frame" broken in demo #13

In the demo "Animate out" immediately hides the window without any animation. "Animate Frame" increases the window size immediately.

The other examples seem to be working fine and the layer property is super useful.

Thanks for the heads up. I haven't updated this library in quite some time and it's likely that something in a recent OS update has broken it.
