Is there a conf in the Nginx already for sub domains? Is it also possible to use paths instead?

eg hostname.com/plex rather than plex.hostname.com ?? What changes would need to be made to do that?

Sorry for the delayed reply, I stopped using gmail a year ago and never updated my github notifications to use my new email.

If you have already solved this issue or moved on...
You just need to update the VIRTUAL_HOST environment variable host scheme to use hostname.com/plex
