It's difficult to observe when children leave the viewport and replace them with new content, while keeping the animation running smoothly. One solution I've found is to fix the width of the marquee container (along with fixed width children) so that the child's content re-renders without resizing the marquee container.
This PR adds a new prop to help fix the "width" of the marquee container.
