Input data time resolution

Dear Julien I am Christian,

I would like to use module to compute SMB for the King George Island, Antarctic. I have one hourly dataset in-situ to calibration and also I am going to force with ERA5 reanalyses with previous statistical downscaling. I would like to know what resolution in the input data should I use (i.e. daily, monthly or annual)?
