Rename mentions to fps-?

jupyverse was built with fps in the beginning: https://github.com/jupyter-server/fps

But then it switched to Asphalt: #277

However all jupyverse plugins still use fps- as their prefix. This is confusing because it suggests jupyverse is still using fps, which is not the case.

Also the descriptions for the Python packages still say it's a "FPS plugin":

From a user point of view, it would probably be less confusing if it prefixed with something like jupyverse- (or even jpv if jupyverse is too long?).
