Combine _base.scss and modern-normalize.css #60
Description
Right now there are parts of the modern-normalize.css in the _base.scss but not completely. We could try to combine both or perhaps at least delete the modern-normalize.css because it is not initially set and used. If we would like to use it or at least keep it, we might need to reference it or mention it in the Readme.
