Added bunch of fun features

I forked this repo, and added a bunch of features which I thought would make it more enjoyable and more of a challenge. I would submit each feature as a pull request, but I don't know which direction you want to take your game, so I don't want to pollute your repo with unneeded pull requests.

If you see any features you want ported back to the orignal game, I will happily clean up my code and do them as individual pull requests.

Hey @bradmkjr , sorry for the late response. I have to do much for work and school atm.
ITS JUST AWESOME to see what you created out of this.

You can make a pull request with all of the new features you made.
There is one thing you might change:

• removing the pause screen and functionality

Some people (like me) run this game in the background to grind bitcoins while doing something else.
I really appreciate your feedback for the game.

I hope we may create something unbelivable good together with your and my ideas!
