Can I use include at top-level in jsr.json?

The document says you can also use the include and exclude options to include and exclude files during publishing. But in the schema, the include and exclude properties are sub-properties of publish.

It also says you can specify the include and exclude fields in your jsr.json / deno.json file to include, ignore, or un-gitignore specific files. But there's a note: this will be collapsed down to just include in the future

Can we use the include and exclude properties at the top-level?
