Installed packages:

atom-ternjs (same as OP)

hyperclick

Try to remove atom-ternjs, as a quick fix. It worked for me

I posted a more in depth response to the same issue with iv-terminal, which may actually still be maintained.

Here is my proposed atom-ternjs patch.
