Blocklist not working

I've subscribed to two blocklists (one 2 weeks ago and the other over the last hour) and none of them have been updated on my "Actions" page. None of the accs on the lists are blocked on twitter too. Any help ?

Not sure if it is the same problem but I have been trying to use the unblock selected feature and nothing has happened for days. I wish to unblock s bunch but I'm dreading doing it in Twitter one by one.
