Add Privacy Policy and Legal Notice

We are required to include certain things like the "Impressum" and privacy policy etc. on the website.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Include an "Impressum" (including copyright) and all the other necessary legal stuff that a website in Germany and the EU requires.
