Any implementation plans for Web? #51

As a developer for Flutter, I want to provide access to our apps through web so that clients can try it out before downloading them. Right now, our devices use USB serial for communication on Android only and we're planning to implement it for web to enable cross platform access on all devices already supported by this library (ie. Android, Mac, Windows, Linux), but on the web.
