On Windows, when call open method, will get SerialPortError: Á¬µ½ÏµÍ³ÉϵÄÉ豸ûÓз¢»Ó×÷Óá£, errno = 31 or SerialPortError: ²Ù×÷³É¹¦Íê³É¡£, errno = 0.
But it is ok to run on MacOS.
