Could you please let me know where I can get the input files: 904_3_V3.guide_barcode_reads.txt or K562 guide RNA cell identifies (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0092867422005979?via%3Dihub#mmc1)?

I cannot find the input files for guide calling and confused to how to prepare it, while the demo already had cell_identities.csv files there (probably is result of guide_calling).
