lwsmd high cpu usage

We are running PBIS 8.5.2 (built from git but also with with offered binary packages) on an up to date Ubuntu 14.04 (Samba 4.3) system. When we use the FSCT tool we see lwmsd running at 100% cpu usage in top and this results in errors being reported by FSCT. We were previously using an older 14.04 build with Samba 4.1 which still had high lwsmd cpu usage but FSCT could run without reporting errors.
