HELP

Usage:
      po OPTION [SESSION]
      po OPTION [GROUP]

      OPTIONS:
      -h            :display help menu
      -c SESSION    :print to STDOUT the tmuxinator SESSION.yml configuration
      -e SESSION    :edit the tmuxinator SESSION.yml configuration
      -L            :display all available PROJECT-GROUP files
      -l all        :alias for `tmuxinator list`
      -l top        :display top-priority sessions
      -l GROUP      :display all sessions in project-group named GROUP
      -n            :create a new session-launcher from a template
      -o SESSION    :launch a specific project named SESSION
      -O top        :launch all sessions in `top.list` file
      -O GROUP      :launch all sessions in project-group named GROUP
      -r            :show all running sessions
                      ... alias for `tmux list-sessions`
      -R            :show all projects in the RESTART list
      -s            :save running sessions into RESTART list for batch re-opening
      -S            :re-open sessions in the RESTART list

      -x SESSION    :terminate an active session named SESSION
                      ... alias for `tmuxinator stop SESSION`

      -X all        :terminate ALL tmux sessions currently running
      -z            :create a scratch-session with random name
      -a SESSION    :wrapper around the comand `tmux a -t SESSION`
      -d            :wrapper around the command `tmux detach`
