enhancement request

Enhancement request is to lock all volumes together but also to allow them all to be turned up and down in sync.

This is an issue I keep running into since vol controls for different featues were separated and made context sensitive.

I now have to do multiple taps to check volume intead of just trusting the device volume regardless of context
