(Feature request) change generated directory to /common/localization #273

When we run get generate locales assets/locales

it creates a generated folder.

It looks not logical to me, as everything that we create using get_cli : vies, controllers, etc. all files and folders are generated.

I would like it to be put in app/common/localization instead.
